Ronald T. LeMay, Chairman
Ron has served as Chairman of October Capital since the company began. He has also been an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood Holdings, LLC (a private equity fund) since October, 2003, and Chairman of Aircell, Inc. (a manufacturer and marketer of airborne telecommunications systems and services) since July, 2006.
Ron previously held the position of Executive Officer of Japan Telecom from November, 2003, until the sale of the company in July, 2004. Prior to that, Ron served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corporation, one of the nation’s foremost wireless telecommunications companies, from October, 1997 until April, 2003.
With his unequaled leadership experience in telecommunications and technology, Ron is eminently qualified to recognize innovation and understands the intricacies and challenges of applying technology successfully in the marketplace.
Mr. LeMay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas.

Lance originally established October Capital in its clearly defined niche of technology-driven, innovative investing. He led initial investments in eight companies and has participated as a co-investor in four other early-stage offerings.
Lance is currently a director of MachineryLink, the leader in fractional leases of agricultural equipment and operator of the world’s largest fleet of harvesting combines.
He also serves as a director of EasySale (a Dallas-based direct-to-consumer retail liquidation company) and AthletixNation (a online sports content platform).
Lance is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
